At Zayres Man Club, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund according to the policy outlined below.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
The product must have all original tags and packaging intact.
The item must not show signs of damage caused by the customer.
Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or refund.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items may not be eligible for return:
Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
Items returned without original tags or packaging.
Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund depending on the situation.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return request, follow these steps:
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will review the request and provide return instructions.
Once the product is received and inspected, we will process the return.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
REFUND PROCESS
After the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
The amount will be refunded to the original payment method used during purchase.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued through bank transfer or another agreed method.
EXCHANGE POLICY
If you need a different size or replacement product, you may request an exchange subject to product availability. Exchange requests must also follow the same eligibility conditions as returns.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may still qualify for return according to this policy.
